Acceptable Use Policy explains the rules for your adult photographs, labeled AI-generated results and one-time photo credits.
Adults only
We only process photos of adults (18+). If anyone looks under 18, including someone in the background of a group photograph, the whole photo is rejected. The account holder must also be 18 or older.
Permission and identity
Upload only photographs you own or have permission to use from everyone in them. We cannot use photos of celebrities. Do not impersonate people, harass others, invade privacy, or infringe intellectual property rights.
Prohibited content
Do not submit sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, graphic violence, hate, illegal content or deceptive material. Do not use generated photos for fraud, misleading evidence or other unlawful activities. Content that does not meet our rules may be rejected.
Honest sharing
Every output is AI-generated. Keep the visible AI label, any free-photo watermark and embedded AI metadata. Do not remove them or misrepresent a re-render as an untouched historical photo. Commercial use requires all necessary rights and permissions; results are not exclusive.
Reporting and enforcement
Contact [email protected] with the relevant page or batch reference to report misuse. We may reject photos, restrict abusive accounts and remove unlawful content. Rejected photos and technical failures are not charged.
