Privacy Policy explains the rules for your adult photographs, labeled AI-generated results and one-time photo credits.
Information we use
We process your account email and identifier for sign-in, your photographs and style choices to deliver requested AI re-renders, and payment references to manage credits and support. Your photographs are private to your account and are not published in a public gallery.
AI training
We never use your photos or results to train AI models, and we do not sell them. The AI services that process your files on our behalf are contractually or by policy not permitted to train on customer data. Some services may keep data for a limited time for safety and abuse monitoring under their own policies.
Retention and deletion
Source photos are deleted after 7 days. Results are deleted after 30 days. Download everything you want to keep before those periods end. Contact us to request account or data deletion. Transaction records may be retained where necessary for accounting or legal obligations.
Service and payment information
We use service providers with appropriate access controls to deliver requested features. Payments are processed by Waffo; we do not store full payment card details. Optional analytics loads when configured. Browser storage holds your sign-in session, named style presets and analytics preferences. Presets contain styles and options, not your photos.
Your choices
You may decline to upload, sign out, remove local presets, or contact us for access, correction and deletion requests. Only upload photographs you have permission to use. Our service is for adults aged 18 or older and photos of adults only.

Photos are AI re-rendered with the GPT Image 2.5 image model by OpenAI. DigicamFilter is not affiliated with OpenAI or any camera brand.Not affiliated with any camera brand.
