Technical failures and rejected photos
Technical failures and rejected photos are not charged; credits return automatically. A credit return restores your wallet and is different from a cash refund. If a completed download is missing, corrupt or unusable, contact support with the batch ID so we can investigate.
One free redo
Face looks different? Redo it free. One free redo per photo is available within 24 hours on eligible completed results, using the same photo and style. If the result still does not look right, contact support for review and an additional assisted attempt where appropriate.
Unused credits
Unused purchased credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Email support with your account email and receipt reference. If a pack is partly used, we refund only its unused purchased portion, calculated proportionally at the amount paid. Used credits are generally non-refundable unless the service failed or mandatory consumer law requires a refund.
Refund processing
Refunds return through the original payment method; processing time depends on the payment provider. Credits never expire. Personal preference about a completed image is normally handled through the free redo rather than a cash refund of used credits. Contact [email protected] for help.
