Terms of Service
Terms of Service explains the rules for your adult photographs, labeled AI-generated results and one-time photo credits.
Service and eligibility
DigicamFilter AI re-renders adult photographs in nostalgic camera and film-inspired styles. You must be 18 or older to use the service, and everyone in your submitted photographs must be an adult. You must own the photos or have permission from everyone pictured. Celebrity photos are rejected.
Credits and purchases
One photo × one style uses 1 photo credit; Photobooth Strip uses 2. Packs are one-time purchases: 20 credits for $9.90, 60 for $19.90, or 130 for $39.90. There is no subscription and credits never expire. The final amount and any applicable taxes appear before purchase. Payments are processed by Waffo. Technical failures and rejected photos are not charged; credits return automatically. Unused credits are refundable within 14 days.
Your photos and commercial use
As between you and DigicamFilter, you own the outputs you create and may use them for personal and commercial purposes, including social posts, gifts, prints and promotional content. You must have the necessary photo rights and permissions from everyone pictured. You grant us permission to process the photo to provide the requested result. We cannot promise copyright protection or clearance of all third-party rights.
Labels and responsible sharing
Keep the AI-generated label, watermark where present, and embedded AI metadata. Do not remove them. Do not present an AI re-render as evidence of real events. No illegal, infringing, deceptive or impersonating use is allowed. Similar results may be generated for other users; uniqueness and exclusivity are not guaranteed.
Results and availability
AI re-renders keep identity and composition as the guiding intent, but details such as hair strands and backgrounds can change slightly. Review results before sharing. One free redo per photo is available within 24 hours on eligible completed results. Keep your own downloaded copies: source photos are deleted after 7 days and results after 30 days. We may suspend abusive activity or remove unlawful content. Contact support to resolve service problems. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
